Fair Housing & Disclosures
My commitment to equal housing opportunity, the licensing behind this site, and the fine print on the information you'll find here.

Equal Housing Opportunity
I am committed to the letter and spirit of fair housing law. I will never refuse to work with anyone, steer anyone toward or away from a home or neighborhood, or treat anyone differently because of who they are. Every buyer and seller gets the same service, information, and honest advice.
Who fair housing law protects
The federal Fair Housing Act makes it illegal to discriminate in the sale, rental, or financing of housing because of:
- Race
- Color
- Religion
- Sex, including sexual orientation and gender identity
- National origin
- Familial status (households with children under 18, or someone pregnant)
- Disability
Georgia's Fair Housing Act provides the same protections under state law. Some cities and counties in Metro Atlanta have added local protections of their own.
If you believe you've experienced discrimination
You can file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) at hud.gov/fairhousing or by calling 1-800-669-9777. Georgia residents can also contact the Georgia Commission on Equal Opportunity. If you have a concern about how you were treated while working with me, I want to hear about it: email erik@erikbridges.com.
Accessibility
If you have a disability and need an accommodation to use this website, review documents, or meet with me, such as a different meeting location, large-print materials, or help with a form, email erik@erikbridges.com and I'll make it work.
Brokerage & licensing
Erik Bridges is a Georgia real estate licensee (License #452197) affiliated with Real Broker, LLC, GA Firm License #H-66836, office phone (855) 450-0442. Real estate licensees in Georgia are regulated by the Georgia Real Estate Commission.
In Georgia, a buyer or seller becomes a client only through a written brokerage engagement agreement. Until then, I can share general information but do not represent you. We'll talk through brokerage relationships and put any agreement in writing before I represent you.
Home search & listing information
The “Search Homes” link opens Real's home search on heyleo.com, which displays listing information from the multiple listing service (MLS). Listing details, including price, square footage, school zones, and availability, are provided by the listing brokerages and are deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Please verify anything important to your decision before relying on it.
Guides & general information
The First-Time Homebuyer Guide and the other information on this site are general education, not legal, tax, financial, or lending advice. Cost figures are typical ranges and will differ for your purchase. Assistance programs have their own eligibility rules and can change at any time. Confirm the details with your lender, attorney, or tax professional.
