Who we are
This website is operated by Erik Bridges, a Georgia real estate licensee (License #452197) affiliated with Real Broker, LLC (GA Firm License #H-66836, office phone (855) 450-0442). In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Erik Bridges.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you book an appointment, request the First-Time Homebuyer Guide, answer the optional follow-up questions, or ask the affordability calculator to email you your numbers, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, county, home-buying timeline, financing status, budget range, preferences, preferred contact method, any message you write, the calculator figures you choose to email, and whether you agreed to receive text messages. When you download the guide, your name is added to its cover in your own browser; that copy isn’t sent to us or stored anywhere.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability. This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot-detection tool, which may set a small amount of technical data in your browser to confirm you’re a real visitor. If Google Ads conversion tracking is turned on, Google may set its own advertising cookies to measure ad performance. We don’t otherwise use advertising trackers.
How we use your information
- To respond to your appointment request and prepare for our conversation.
- To send you the guide you requested and follow up about your home search.
- To send text messages, only if you opted in (see below).
- To keep records required of real estate licensees and their brokerage.
Text messages
We text you only if you check the text-message box on one of our forms. Agreeing is never required to book an appointment or get the guide. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With Real Broker, LLC, as needed for brokerage supervision and recordkeeping;
- With service providers that help us run this website and manage contacts, who may use it only to provide those services:
- HubSpot, the customer relationship management (CRM) system we use to keep track of conversations with buyers and sellers. Your form submission goes directly from this website to HubSpot.
- Pushover, a notification service that sends Erik a private phone alert when you submit a form, including your name, contact details, and answers, so you get a prompt follow-up.
- Resend, an email delivery service that sends the calculator results you request to your inbox.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and provides Turnstile, the bot check on our forms.
- With a lender, inspector, or other professional only when you ask us to connect you; and
- When required by law.
Links to other websites
The “Search Homes” link opens Real’s home search on heyleo.com, which is operated by The Real Brokerage and has its own privacy policy. We aren’t responsible for how other websites handle your information.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, or by emailing us.
- Stop text messages by replying STOP.
- Ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing erik@erikbridges.com. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.
How long we keep information
We keep your information for as long as we're in contact about buying or selling a home, and afterward only as long as needed for legal and brokerage recordkeeping.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
